Senior Manager, Corporate Development (SaaS)

Salary: $145,900 – $245,400

What you will do

• Research and recommend acquisition opportunities to advance the Housing Super App vision.
• Perform financial and strategic analysis of acquisition targets.
• Manage all transaction phases, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, closing, and integration.
• Develop detailed, flexible long-term financial models for the overall business and specific initiatives.
• Partner with Strategy & Partnerships teams to evaluate and execute new business strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, and legal to synthesize data and drive business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or private equity.
• Experience in corporate development or strategic finance at a technology company.
• Strong three-statement financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proven track record of performing M&A transactions through the full lifecycle.
• Must be based in the United States.
