Advisor Marketing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy supporting advisors’ personal brands and business development efforts.
• Build scalable marketing programs and playbooks, including social calendars, campaign templates, and event frameworks.
• Set editorial and content strategy across digital channels and translate complex financial concepts into clear content.
• Plan and execute flagship events from strategy and logistics through follow-up.
• Track marketing performance and use data to improve initiatives.
• Manage agency and freelance partners, the marketing technology stack, and collaboration with Sales, Compliance, and Design.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, or an agency.
• Experience building marketing programs from scratch and developing repeatable playbooks.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading others, with interest in becoming a people manager.
• Strong copywriting, communication, project management, and marketing-performance measurement skills.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Word, Excel, CRMs, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to financial advisors or working in the RIA or wealth management sector.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for marketing in regulated industries.
• HubSpot and Webflow experience.
• Formal people management experience.
