What you will do

  • Support product promotion with account managers through product introductions, demo coordination, and technical recommendations.
  • Engage customers in CMP pad projects by supporting on-site demonstrations and after-sales technical service.
  • Resolve product performance issues and troubleshoot with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive quality improvements to meet customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain close customer relationships while analyzing market trends, customer intelligence, and competitive activity.
  • Provide flexible support for urgent cases at customer sites.

Requirements

  • Experience or technical capability relevant to CMP pads, advanced electronics, or high-tech products.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with customers, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to provide on-site customer support and work flexible hours for urgent cases.
  • Ability to develop and sustain customer relationships.
