Technical Product Support (TPS) Engineer II (CMP)

What you will do

• Provide systems support for engineering systems in applications and reliability laboratories.
• Support engineering owners on projects involving vendors and suppliers.
• Act as an intermediary between customers and the factory by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Provide beta-site support for the installation, operation, calibration, servicing, and testing of new hardware, software, and processes.
• Present system performance data, including uptime, MTBF, MTBI, availability, equipment parameters, and process parameters.
• Generate and review technical documentation covering improvements, system upgrades, support plans, CENs, and BKMs.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members without supervisory responsibility.
• Availability for 25–40% travel; the position information also states travel up to 50% of the time.
