What you will do

• Act as a key leverage point for the Founder and Managing Partner across internal and external work.
• Drive the firm's highest-priority projects and initiatives through timely, high-quality completion.
• Surface decisions, create clear action paths, and ensure end-to-end follow-through without reminders.
• Represent the CEO in meetings, email, calls, board meetings, and portfolio company work.
• Manage information and communication around the CEO and executives, synthesizing complex input into key decisions and actions.
• Coordinate across hirify.global, its portfolio companies, executives, and external partners while handling sensitive matters discreetly.

Requirements

• Track record operating at high velocity and high trust near the center of an ambitious organization as a chief of staff, operator, founder, consultant, banker, or investor.
• Experience as an early or senior contributor at a fast-moving startup or high-growth company, with evidence of driving outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, organization, judgment, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build structure in ambiguous environments, and remain calm while conditions shift.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
• Genuine commitment to the role and willingness to grow alongside the firm.
