Blueberry is building an AI-powered autonomous 1:1 marketer that enables consumer brands to create personalized customer conversations and improve lifecycle marketing outcomes.

What you will do

• Work directly with the co-founder and CEO to take critical initiatives from ambiguous ideas to completed outcomes across go-to-market, fundraising, hiring, and expansion.
• Own the operating cadence for enterprise customers and help move accounts from pilot to activation and expansion.
• Build processes, automations, tools, and company rhythms that support growth without sacrificing speed.
• Coordinate owners, priorities, deadlines, and outcomes across the company.
• Incubate high-priority initiatives until they are solved, systematized, or ready for a permanent owner.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, decision memos, and company-wide communications.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, banking, venture, startup operations, or a company founded independently.
• Demonstrated ability to build, launch, and deliver high-impact projects on tight timelines.
• Ability to turn vague and complex problems into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including tactful navigation of high-conflict situations.
• Low-ego, hands-on approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to use AI tools to multiply productivity while maintaining independent thinking and writing.
