Senior Product Designer (Digital Health)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, with work in the Manhattan office 3–5 days per week

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing through high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
• Design member-facing digital health experiences that support engagement, behavior change, and long-term wellness.
• Create internal tooling and workflows that improve clinician efficiency and care delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams to define and prioritize initiatives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
• Help establish and maintain a scalable design system across digital products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing consumer-facing health or wellness applications and products for clinical users.
• Strong UX and UI design skills, including human-centered design, accessibility, and user research practices.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Ability to balance quantitative data with qualitative user insights and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Comfort integrating AI tools into daily design work, including research synthesis, generative UI exploration, copywriting, and documentation.
