Senior Product Designer

Location: New York City, United States; based in the Flatiron headquarters, working from the office Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead product design for the dashboard and location platform experiences, including geofencing, maps, fraud prevention, and location intelligence.
• Partner with the CEO, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams to translate customer needs and technical requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Own the design process from concepts, user flows, and wireframes through polished UI, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Use Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools to prototype quickly and push production-ready code.
• Develop hirify.global’s product design system, processes, and best practices.
• Learn directly from customers and advocate for simpler, higher-quality product experiences across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a product-driven technology company.
• Strong UI, UX, and visual design skills with excellent product judgment and attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Figma and experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI prototyping tools.
• Ability to turn complex technical, customer, and business needs into simple product experiences.
• Experience owning design work end to end and communicating decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio required, showcasing multiple shipped digital products, including complex dashboard experiences.
