Human Resources Business Partner - Advanced Therapeutics

Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada

Salary: CAD 112,418–175,654 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise Advanced Therapeutics senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management.
• Coach leaders and help build high-performing teams and effective employee experiences.
• Develop and lead strategies for retention, leadership development, capability building, and talent management.
• Lead HR initiatives including organizational diagnostics, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and transformation projects.
• Use data and analytics to identify workforce trends and shape people strategies.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, and talent acquisition to deliver HR solutions and fill critical leadership roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
• Experience working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong business acumen, relationship-building, influencing, coaching, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with M&A integration and transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR requirements; ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
