People Business Partner

Location: Hybrid with 3 days onsite in San Francisco, California

Salary: $155,000–$190,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for go-to-market teams, with AI agents supporting account strategy, prospect research, and outreach.

What you will do

• Own manager enablement, talent management, coaching, training, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop and operate people programs covering performance management, compensation, succession planning, career development, and engagement.
• Advise managers and leaders on employee relations, performance matters, investigations, PIPs, terminations, and compliance.
• Identify development needs and implement strategies to improve performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Support organizational design, change management, employee communications, culture development, leveling, and total rewards.
• Partner with the broader People team on company-wide programs and ad hoc People Operations responsibilities.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong manager coaching skills and credibility with leaders at multiple levels.
• Deep experience handling employee relations and complex or sensitive performance matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication in sensitive situations.
• Ability to identify patterns and build scalable solutions without unnecessary processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 onsite days in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with founders on people strategy.
• Experience in an international company, preferably with Ireland or London exposure.
