What you will do

• Develop solutions to complex HR challenges and deliver strategic programs supporting manufacturing excellence and environmental sustainability.
• Act as an individual-contributor HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR partnership and consulting to site business teams and functions.
• Drive organizational design, workforce optimization, staffing strategies, employee engagement, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
• Support apprenticeship, operations, global HR development, leadership development, talent management, retention, and employee engagement programs.
• Build external talent pipelines through community outreach and collaborate with HR centers of excellence.
• Analyze HR metrics, develop talent strategy proposals, and create tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the site HR organization.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree with 2 years of HR Business Partner experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 4 years of HR Business Partner experience; or an associate’s degree with 8 years of Business Partner experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of Business Partner experience.
• 6+ years of progressively complex or strategic HR experience is preferred, including organization effectiveness, recruitment, talent development, compensation, or staff relations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence management and executives, adapt to changing demands, work through ambiguity, and support organizational change.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other reporting tools.
