People Business Partner (Research and Development)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, hybrid; applicants must be US and Puerto Rico residents

Salary: $225,000–$325,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with R&D business leaders on people and organization priorities across North America.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and broader talent management activities for R&D roles.
• Advise leaders on people strategy, employee relations, organizational initiatives, and complex cases.
• Contribute to operational and strategic workforce planning from the country perspective.
• Coordinate people projects, manager development, culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Use local people insights to shape initiatives and inform global programs.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, human resources, labor law, psychology, or a comparable field.
• Fluent English.
• 10–15 years of professional People & Culture experience.
• Strong experience with performance and reward, talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and related digital tools.
• Experience in organizational design and development, project delivery, and change management.
• Knowledge of US labor law and the ability to work with globally integrated leadership teams.
