Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Bolzoni US Sulligent, AL, United States. Onsite manufacturing role; no relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Area Coaches and value stream associates through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Manage daily value stream operations, production execution, resource planning, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, productivity, inventory, lead times, and costs.
• Partner with EH&S, Quality, Human Resources, and other functions to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including leading safety walks.
• Manage budgets and resources while using data, digital tools, and AI to support decisions and improve operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product development, and/or business management.
• Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technology for improving productivity, decision-making, and operational performance.
