Production Supervisor (Advanced Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: 100% onsite at the Pasadena, Texas facility; rotating 12-hour schedule with additional overtime as required.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across production, processing, assembly, packaging, and equipment utilization.
• Develop production schedules based on customer demand, staffing, materials, equipment capacity, and operational priorities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing personnel while maintaining productivity, quality, safety, and engagement.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot operational and quality issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams and support workforce planning and training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or equivalent technical training is preferred.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating production teams.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality systems, and safety programs.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues, analyzing operational data, and implementing corrective actions and improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production or manufacturing reporting systems.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductors, advanced materials, chemical processing, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, ISO, or quality management certifications and experience.
• Experience with ERP, MES, SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading cost reduction, operational excellence, workforce planning, performance management, or training initiatives.
