Sr. FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Aventura, Miami, Florida 33180, United States; onsite, standard HQ hours from 9am to 6pm

What you will do

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts across facilities and entities.
• Deliver monthly budget-versus-actual variance analysis with clear recommendations for leadership.
• Build driver-based models linking volume, productivity, headcount, and space to revenue, costs, and margin.
• Own management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for the executive team.
• Partner with finance, operations, and business leadership to improve decision-making.
• Design AI-powered models, workflows, and agents that automate finance work and accelerate analysis.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of full-time professional experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, custom assistants, agents, scripts, or API-based tools that perform real work.
• Strong understanding of accruals, deferrals, and the connections between the three financial statements.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, with clean, auditable, and clear models.
• Clear communication with finance and non-finance audiences and strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in logistics, 3PL, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or other multi-site, labor-heavy operations.
• Multi-entity or multi-currency experience with USD, CAD, or EUR.
• SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics.
