Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A

Location: Hybrid role based part-time at company locations in Loveland or Fort Collins, Colorado, United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and headcount.
• Analyze bookings, backlog, revenue, pricing, product mix, commissions, and other commercial performance metrics.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, financial bridges, reporting packages, month-end analysis, and executive review materials.
• Build scenario models, sensitivity analyses, business cases, and financial models for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Improve FP&A systems, reporting automation, data integration, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with finance leaders, business stakeholders, regional teams, IT, and Controllership to provide decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and financial models.
• Ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations and present financial information to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at the Loveland or Fort Collins, Colorado locations.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with revenue, commercial performance, pricing, margin, or operating expense management.
• Experience with OneStream, Oracle Fusion, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar planning and reporting tools.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization and knowledge of financial consolidation and forecasting systems.
