Senior Director, FP&A | Hybrid

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational alignment for hirify.global.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, servicing, and senior leadership to provide decision support.
• Analyze unit economics, customer and cohort behavior, margins, and operational KPIs to improve business performance.
• Build and modernize forecasting models, operational reporting, dashboards, scenario plans, and investment analyses.
• Lead practical adoption of AI and automation across FP&A, including tool evaluation and responsible workflow design.
• Partner with Accounting and central PROG finance teams while leading, mentoring, and developing the FP&A team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, or related experience, including team leadership and development.
• Proven retail experience is required, including knowledge of unit economics, gross margin management, merchandising, assortment strategy, promotional planning, and customer cohort performance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, communication, and business-partnership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Workday.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake is valued.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
• Hands-on use of AI or large-language-model tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for finance and analytics.
• Experience deploying AI- or automation-enabled forecasting, variance analysis, or reporting workflows.
