FP&A Analyst, Commercial Performance & Reporting (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Loveland or Fort Collins, Colorado, United States, with part-time work at the company location and part-time remote work from home.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key business assumptions.
• Analyze bookings, backlog, revenue, gross margin, pricing, volume, product mix, commissions, and other commercial performance drivers.
• Prepare recurring reporting packages, KPIs, dashboards, performance bridges, and management review materials.
• Compare actual results with plan, forecast, and prior year, explaining operational and financial drivers.
• Partner with regional finance teams and business stakeholders on assumptions, business planning, risk assessment, and decision support.
• Improve reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and finance process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, commercial finance, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets and complex financial information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial models, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, revenue, gross margin, pricing, sales performance, or operational metrics.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion, OneStream, Power BI, Hyperion, SAP, or similar planning and reporting systems.
• Experience developing dashboards, automated reporting solutions, or process improvements.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, or commercial business environments.
