Senior Engineer - Salesforce

What you will do

• Contribute to the technical strategy for Salesforce and AWS integrations.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and integration capabilities.
• Oversee system health, engineering compliance, and operational excellence across Salesforce and AWS architectures.
• Promote CI/CD, secure coding, test-driven development, and automated testing practices.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver the product roadmap.
• Evaluate critical technical challenges and mentor engineers across squads or streams.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions in agile environments.
• Expert-level Apex, Lightning Aura and LWC, integration patterns including REST, SOAP, and platform events, asynchronous processing, and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, Apache Kafka, and other messaging or streaming platforms.
• Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines, version-control strategies, and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce and AWS workloads.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architectural patterns, governor limits, and multi-cloud integration best practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement across multiple squads or streams.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or other revenue-generating clouds.
• Salesforce Application/System Architect or Platform Developer II certification.
• AWS certifications and familiarity with Design Systems or Web Components outside Salesforce.
