About the Role

You will drive engineering operations programs that improve KPI infrastructure, operational visibility, cross-team coordination, and deployment execution. You will support strategic initiatives, maintain accurate operational data, enforce quality hand-offs between teams, resolve deployment issues, and evolve the end-to-end deployment process as the organization grows.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or a technical product role
• 5+ years of experience managing teams
• Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments
• Experience coordinating across teams without formal authority
• Ability to analyze multi-source operational data
• Understanding of the data center build lifecycle
• Experience with cloud providers or similar infrastructure environments
• Experience with data center deployment or build-to-turnup processes
• Familiarity with incident management platforms

Responsibilities

• Run programs that improve KPI infrastructure
• Support strategic projects and cross-cutting initiatives
• Partner with engineering, SRE, customer success, and data engineering teams
• Improve operational data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Build a single-pane-of-glass view of organizational health and deployments
• Ensure quality hand-offs between teams
• Coordinate resources to deliver compute capacity to customers
• Own and evolve the deployment process end to end
