Senior People Partner

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid. The role also provides People coverage for US and EU employees.

US base salary: $180,000–$225,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Partner with a defined group of business leaders on people issues, team dynamics, management challenges, and performance conversations.
• Coach managers to set clear expectations, address performance issues, and handle difficult conversations.
• Own employee relations cases end-to-end across multiple markets, from early intervention through resolution.
• Design and run people programmes covering onboarding, career frameworks, manager training, culture, and engagement.
• Provide People partnering for US and EU employees and help shape the People function as the business scales.

Requirements

• Commercial credibility and gravitas when partnering with senior business leaders, founders, and executives.
• Experience operating in a high-growth company where the People function was being built.
• End-to-end experience handling performance situations and employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience designing at least one people programme from scratch, including problem definition, design, buy-in, and implementation.
• Meaningful experience across at least two areas such as performance frameworks, career development, L&D, onboarding, or culture programmes.
• Working knowledge of US and UK/EU employment law and practices.
