Implementation Specialist II (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment. Minimal travel of 5% is required.

Salary: $75,000–$88,000 per year

What you will do

• Collect customer configuration settings and configure products, customizations, testing environments, and vendor integrations.
• Manage configuration and issue tickets in coordination with customers, third-party vendors, technical consultants, and internal teams.
• Assist with requirements gathering and participate in customer and vendor meetings.
• Perform functional and integration testing and guide customers through user acceptance testing, training, and launch.
• Track and report configuration and testing progress, escalating issues when needed.
• Research configuration and usability questions, maintain product knowledge, and provide feedback to improve products and implementation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud-based systems with technical teams, product owners, and project management teams.
• 2–5 years of experience working with external clients through written, telephone, and face-to-face communication.
• 2+ years of experience writing test cases and helping clients apply software testing best practices.
• Ability to triage and troubleshoot software configurations, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for extensive interaction with customers, vendors, and internal employees.
• US work authorization is required; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and AIO Tests.
• Banking or finance industry experience related to mobile banking applications.
• General knowledge of Internet routing and related protocols.
