What you will do

• Build, integrate, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical modules and complete systems.
• Set up specialized test equipment and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from technical drawings and diagrams.
• Test assemblies and final systems, complete rework when required, and ensure on-spec performance and final-test quality.
• Prepare technical reports that summarize findings and recommend solutions to technical problems.
• Support field installation, system upgrades, new product introduction, and manufacturing support functions.
• Create and maintain as-shipped BOM configurations, SRT knowledge bases, and product models while collaborating with project managers, manufacturing, engineering, and shipping teams.

Requirements

• Experience with calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams and develop appropriate test procedures.
• Ability to investigate technical issues, document findings, and recommend corrective solutions.
• Strong knowledge of BOM configuration, manufacturing workflows, and ERP systems for shipment and discrete-job research.
• Ability to support the second-shift schedule and work in the Austin, TX location.
