2nd Shift Manufacturing Test Engineering Supervisor (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States; onsite second-shift role

Base salary: $95,216–$142,824 per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits for regular employees working 20+ hours per week.

What you will do

• Lead and develop test engineers and technicians supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage daily test engineering activities to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Troubleshoot product, process, and test equipment failures using root cause analysis.
• Develop, qualify, maintain, and improve production test equipment, automated test systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor yield, test cycle time, equipment uptime, and first-pass success metrics.
• Coordinate CAPA, audits, process improvement, resource planning, and new product introduction activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with automated test equipment, production troubleshooting, and manufacturing process control.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, statistical process control, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read complex schematics and drawings and support high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor equipment, electronics manufacturing, or complex electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Design for Testability principles.
• Experience with data analysis tools, test software development, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience with Minitab, Creo, AutoCAD, LabVIEW, or TestStand.
