Engineering Cost Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Review bills of quantities, controlled pricing, tender clarifications, and tender cleaning for engineering-category projects.
• Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, settlements, final accounts, variation orders, and interim payments.
• Research material, equipment, and change-order pricing during contract execution.
• Coordinate procurement activities with International Procurement and other departments in line with company policies.
• Manage consultants and suppliers to align project costs with market benchmarks and future trends.
• Build and maintain cost information and supplier databases, including vendor exploration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering Cost, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant development or project management experience in industrial or logistics projects.
• Experience independently preparing and reviewing project budgets and managing full project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of local cost benchmarks, regulations, authority charges, and legal requirements.
• Experience in international logistics real estate cost and procurement management, including at least 3 full-cycle projects.
• Fluent English, with strong written, oral, interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Registered or Chartered Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer qualification.
• Experience in continuous improvement, value engineering, and challenging existing development processes.
