Cost Manager

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims.
• Resolve commercial, change order, and contract issues.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims, to secure best value for clients.
• Create estimates and cost plans for client developments.
• Support project management through accurate cost documentation and timely communication.
• Manage tender and bid processes, project valuations, cost reports, and variations.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Raleigh, NC, US.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
