Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Location: Dartford Crossing, Dartford, UK; onsite at the Nepicar Park Office, 8am–5pm Monday to Friday

What you will do

• Lead the pre-construction commercial function across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Own divisional budgets, cost plans, forecasting, and Cost Value Reconciliation reporting.
• Manage commercial risks, opportunities, contingencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead procurement strategy, package scoping, supply-chain engagement, and value engineering.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
• Present commercial updates and financial positions to senior stakeholders, clients, and supply-chain partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in pre-construction.
• Strong knowledge of CVR processes, cost planning, and budget management.
• Experience managing and developing commercial teams.
• Strong commercial strategy, risk management, financial reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and confidence working with large data sets.
• Construction, cladding remediation, or main contracting experience is desirable.
