Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

What you will do

• Lead cost management commissions and ensure delivery meets appointment conditions and company standards.
• Manage project financial performance, margins, fee and resource forecasts, and monthly reporting.
• Develop priority plans, risk mitigation strategies, management controls, KPIs, and performance measurement systems.
• Advise clients on contracting and procurement strategies across multiple industries and delivery models.
• Support program-level capital planning, reporting, proposals, RFP responses, and business development.
• Maintain client and cross-functional relationships, lead presentations, support audits, and drive knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
• At least 8 years of cost management experience in the construction industry.
• Subject matter expertise in Quantity Surveying and strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a construction consultancy environment.
• On-site presence may be required depending on client needs.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• RICS certification or equivalent professional accreditation.
