Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and identify the highest-priority customer problems to solve.
• Validate roadmap priorities through customer research and interviews.
• Represent product vision in planning sessions with design, architecture, and engineering.
• Guide key delivery milestones, sprint reviews, demos, and customer-facing early adopter conversations.
• Develop strategic launch plans and support product growth by interpreting success metrics.
• Apply AI and machine learning to product decision-making, customer behavior analysis, forecasting, assumption validation, and feature development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience presenting to multiple organizational levels, including executives.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
• Experience participating in sales cycles and conducting customer interviews.
• Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment and turn product feedback into actionable requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; travel expected to be less than 10%.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles.
• Knowledge of commercial, small business banking, treasury, or consumer banking processes and regulations.
• Experience with loan origination software or technology.
