What you will do
- Own and evolve the Daily Bank product strategy across accounts, payments, cash management, and digital servic.
- Translate customer needs, research, data, and experimentation into valuable, scalable, and commercially sustainable solutions.
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, deposit growth, and commercial performance across products and channels.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Delivery teams to design and deliver customer solutions.
- Balance customer value, risk, complexity, and delivery outcomes when mak product decisions.
Requirements
- Experience lead complex products, propositions, or customer outcomes in a regulated environment.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solv skills, with a track record of us data to drive decisions.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and risk functions.
- Strong ownership, curiosity, judgement, and a growth-oriented approach to solv customer problems.
Nice to have
- Experience in Business Bank, Daily Bank, or Payments.
- Experience us AI to improve productivity, decision-mak, or customer outcomes.
