What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional efforts in market research, data analysis, and customer insight gathering.
• Champion innovation and identify high-impact opportunities, including AI-enabled capabilities.
• Own GTM strategy, product launches, and post-launch performance.
• Mentor and coach product managers to elevate product management excellence.
• Evaluate and optimize the product portfolio to maximize customer value and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management or development.
• 2-3 years of product team management experience.
• Proven track record of leading successful product/service offering launches.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%).
