Lead Product Manager (Private Markets)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and delivery for the private markets platform.
• Translate private market workflows into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-quality features.
• Conduct user interviews, shadow workflows, synthesize feedback, and represent the customer voice in product decisions.
• Work with engineering, design, leadership, Sales, Customer Success, clients, and market participants to align priorities and trade-offs.
• Define success metrics, analyze usage data, evaluate outcomes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation while monitoring regulatory, market, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Meaningful experience with private markets, such as private equity, venture capital, private credit, real assets, fund administration, placement, or related financial software.
• Strong understanding of private asset structures, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and related workflows.
• Demonstrated success launching products and features that drive measurable business results.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment and working with product usage data and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a Product Owner, Engineering, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or software development consulting role.
