What you will do

• Own the product strategy, customer value proposition, and roadmap for Daily Banking, covering accounts, payments, and cash management.
• Lead innovation in onboarding and in-life servicing to improve customer experiences and funnel conversion via automation.
• Optimize deposits, transaction volumes, and retention using customer insights and data.
• Integrate AI and data-driven decision-making into the product development lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end product journeys, including application and operational processes.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to balance commercial priorities with risk and regulatory requirements like KYC/AML.

Requirements

• Extensive Business Banking product experience, specifically in deposits and payments for SEM and SME segments.
• 5+ years of success in defining and executing product strategies that deliver customer growth and commercial performance.
• Experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end product processes.
• Strong leadership experience collaborating with agile delivery and technology teams.
• Analytical proficiency in using data and AI to inform product priorities.
• Must be based in Sydney.
