Strategic Finance and Operations (AI)

Location: On-site in the New York City or San Francisco office, United States

Salary: $115,000–$220,000 base salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Drive strategic analyses that inform pricing, investment, and competitive decisions.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to connect Finance with business operations.
• Help build financial infrastructure for international expansion.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning, investment decisions, and long-term growth.
• Lead high-impact ad hoc projects that provide significant leverage to the business.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.
• High-growth SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn ambiguous data into strategic narratives.
• Fluency in SaaS business models and the ability to connect metrics to operating decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, precision, and a bias toward action.
