AI & Technology Finance Leader (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 estimated base salary annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native healthcare platform covering clinical documentation, patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous revenue cycle management.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Engineering, Product & Design and General & Administrative leadership.
• Define and drive AI and LLM strategy across finance and supported functions, including pilots, forecasting, reporting, automation, governance, and ROI measurement.
• Own R&D and G&A OpEx, headcount planning, hiring guardrails, and the overall spend envelope.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, monthly updates, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Optimize SaaS, vendor, renewal, procurement, and infrastructure spend.
• Build automated forecasting, reporting, financial models, and supporting data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, and/or consulting, including experience in a high-growth, unstructured environment.
• Experience partnering with R&D, Engineering, Product, and/or G&A functions, with comfort managing headcount-driven costs and OpEx.
• Hands-on LLM literacy and a clear perspective on applying AI to finance and operations.
• Strong project execution, communication, financial storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and FP&A platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and low/no-code dashboarding tools such as Retool or Looker.
• Healthcare SaaS experience, M&A integration experience, or exposure to enterprise deal structures.
• STEM degree and/or CFA charterholder status.
