Finance and Operations Manager

hirify.global is a cybersecurity startup founded in 2024 that industrializes offensive cyber operations for the U.S. and its allies.

Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA (On-site)

Salary: $130,000 – $195,000 base salary

What you will do

• Build and own the company's end-to-end financial model, including annual planning and headcount ledgers.
• Develop reporting infrastructure to provide visibility into functional performance for team leaders.
• Partner with Founders and VP Finance on fundraising, data room management, and investor relations.
• Manage operational systems including compensation design, offer generation, and spend policies.
• Execute special projects such as real estate strategy, market research, and software procurement.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to government contract and security requirements.
• 1–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a top-tier startup.
• Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to build three-statement and scenario models.
• Detail-obsessed mindset with high horsepower and a generalist approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance if required.

Nice to have

• Prior background or interest in software, AI, cyber, defense, or intelligence.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or Rogo to automate routine tasks.
