Strategic Finance Lead (AI)

Salary: $150K – $200K + Equity

What you will do

• Define and own the core product KPI framework, including automation metrics and workflow adoption.
• Lead pricing strategy evolution to better scale with delivered value.
• Build ROI and business case tools to quantify value for prospects.
• Enhance margin visibility and customer-level cost tracking to inform unit economics.
• Develop board materials and annual/quarterly plans.
• Determine ROI across marketing, sales, and deployment to shape GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of total work experience.
• 3+ years in Biz Ops, Strategy, or Finance at a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
• 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, PE, or VC.
• Strong analytical rigor with exceptional Excel/Gsheet modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of SaaS/AI unit economics (CAC, LTV, gross margin).
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
