Senior Project Delivery Specialist (APAC)

Location: Remote, open to candidates across supported locations in APAC, including Singapore and the Philippines

Salary: Singapore SGD 130,400–187,500; Philippines PHP 2,598,800–3,898,200

What you will do

• Manage high-exposure, multifaceted projects supporting hirify.global’s strategy and coordinate internal and external deliverables.
• Represent hirify.global with mobile networks, vendors, and service partners, managing delivery against time, budget, and quality requirements.
• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, performance measures, status reporting, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate technical activities for integrating new mobile networks into the hirify.global platform.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance for projects targeting new markets.
• Coordinate Engineering, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Product Management activities and serve as a first-level escalation point.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
• At least 6 years of experience delivering and integrating enterprise software projects.
• Sound understanding of eSIM technology and use cases, including mobile roaming, passive and active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
• Experience with project management methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile.
• Strong project planning and execution skills covering scope, time, budget, resources, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and status reporting.
• Business-fluent English is required for written, spoken, and meeting communication.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM training and certification.
• Basic understanding of mobile core and OSS/BSS technologies.
• International working experience.
