Engagement Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead AI-native advisory engagements from client goals through implementation and measurable business outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and actionable execution paths.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, multidisciplinary team members, and AI agents across analysis, scenario modeling, code and workflow generation, and documentation.
• Review engagement outputs for logical consistency, business relevance, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, program leads, and product and engineering leaders to navigate constraints and tradeoffs.
• Identify delivery risks and develop reusable engagement models, AI workflows, and decision frameworks.

Requirements

• Long-term experience in consulting, product, or technology delivery roles.
• Experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or product or engineering leader responsible for complex initiatives end to end.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven thinking, tradeoff analysis, and outcome orientation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to connect business processes, technology, and data across end-to-end systems and dependencies.
• Comfort using AI to accelerate analysis, generate outputs, and improve delivery efficiency while applying sound judgment.
