Mortgage Loan Officer (Inbound Leads Provided - DSCR/Non QM/Investor Lending)

Location: Remote within the Eastern/Central time zones; hiring in Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, and Arizona

What you will do

• Convert a high volume of inbound leads for DSCR, RTL/Fix-and-Flip, and consumer mortgage products.
• Qualify borrowers, structure deals, and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
• Collect documentation and submit complete, well-structured files to processing and underwriting.
• Manage the pipeline through fast lead response, disciplined follow-up, and conversion tracking.
• Meet monthly production and conversion targets while improving turn times, workflows, and borrower experience.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and capital markets to move deals through funding and help build investor lending programs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or Originator.
• Proven success converting inbound leads and closing loans.
• Experience with CRM systems, LOS platforms, pricing engines, loan structuring, and underwriting fundamentals.
• Strong ability to structure deals for real estate investors, with a DSCR and non-QM lending mindset.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, responsive, and able to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work remotely within the Eastern/Central time zones and be located in one of the stated hiring states.

Nice to have

• Active NMLS license, required for consumer lending.
• Experience with consumer mortgages, startups, or fast-paced lending environments.
• Familiarity with capital markets, pricing models, investor products, investor communities, or industry events.
