Salary: $148,400 – $233,200

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a territory of top US mortgage lenders to drive adoption of hirify.global’s direct license program.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations and consultations to demonstrate ROI and competitive positioning.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Lead seamless onboarding processes for new mortgage originators and establish success metrics.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and service delivery concerns.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the broader organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, software, data, or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of executive-level engagement and consultative selling within the mortgage origination ecosystem.
  • Experience developing account plans and driving revenue growth in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings and industry conferences.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
