Manager, Member Recovery (Fintech)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States. Hybrid work model with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote placement is not considered. The role primarily follows MT working hours and may require monthly, quarterly, or as-needed travel to hirify.global offices or other locations. Relocation support is available based on job level.

Salary: $92,000–$115,000 annual base salary, plus potential equity and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage Member Recovery staff performing pre-charge collections through phone, chat, and text channels.
• Execute collections strategies with internal partners to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the consumer loans business.
• Inspire team performance, develop leaders, and manage teams through several direct reports.
• Drive legal and regulatory adherence across collections operations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and other functions on regulatory and audit-related initiatives.
• Support strategic initiatives and expand the role across multiple business units and product lines.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Deep strategic and operational collections experience; staff management experience preferred.
• Experience managing a highly regulated business and following collections requirements including TCPA, FDCPA, and UDAAP.
• Experience defining or adjusting performance metrics based on business needs.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, writing, organization, and computer skills.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred. Excel and Tableau experience is a plus.
