Business Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: NYC office, on-site in the United States

Salary: $117,000–$131,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B fintech company building an AI-native technology and operations platform for independent financial advisors and wealth management.

What you will do

• Build and run end-to-end operational workflows across the broker-dealer lifecycle, from trade setup through settlement.
• Establish post-trade monitoring, reconciliation, error correction, quality-control, and corporate action processes.
• Design workflows for client money movement, deposits, account setup exceptions, account restrictions, and anomalous activity escalation.
• Support FINRA and audit requests and prepare client complaint and resolution reports.
• Partner with Investment Operations, Legal & Compliance, Product, Engineering, and third-party vendors.
• Identify and deploy AI tools and agentic workflows for reconciliation, exception detection, approvals, reporting, and audit preparation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience across investment banking, consulting, or fintech startups.
• Experience building an operations function or scalable processes from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation, including the ability to create SOPs and operational controls.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Experience partnering across Investment Operations, Compliance/Legal, and Product/Engineering.
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to reduce manual reconciliation and exception-detection work.

Nice to have

• Experience at an introducing broker-dealer or clearing firm.
• Familiarity with cashiering operations, money movement and wire approvals, and AML alert monitoring.
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle and FINRA/SEC compliance reporting.
• SIE, Series 4, or Series 53 certification.
