Python Data Solutions Specialist - Temporary Position

hirify.global develops automotive technology and operates an R&D Software department focused on data infrastructure, data products, and AI-enabled solutions.

What you will do

• Support and scale data infrastructure for data-labeling operations.
• Develop automation solutions for operational processes using Python.
• Support and implement GenAI-based workflows and tools.
• Analyze data-labeling operations, data products, and pipelines using statistical tools.
• Troubleshoot data mismatches across systems and integrate tools into the database ecosystem.
• Collaborate with operations, product management, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong Python skills for scripting and automation, plus solid SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience writing and debugging code in production systems.
• Experience with big data frameworks or solutions such as Spark, Presto, Athena, or Trino.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Experience with GenAI tools or frameworks.
• Background in data engineering or operational data analysis.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes.
