What you will do

• Drive product analytics for AI features, developer usage, retention, and conversion funnels.
• Transform product and usage data into consistent, trusted metrics.
• Build and maintain a modeled data layer for reusable and reliable analysis.
• Create and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal teams.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, support experimentation, and provide product recommendations.
• Analyze business, operational, customer-value, cost, and unit-economics metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data, Product, Business, or BI Analyst.
• Strong SQL and data-modeling skills, including independent work with data warehouses.
• Experience with product analytics or BI tools such as Mixpanel and building self-serve dashboards.
• Strong communication, analytical storytelling, and business judgment.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer-focused or technical B2B products.
• Experience using AI tools, prompts, scripts, or small agents to automate analysis workflows.
• Startup experience and comfort wearing multiple hats.
