What you will do
- Analyze large and complex user behavior datasets to identify insights and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and management teams to recommend improvements to features, game economies, product roadmaps, and business strategies.
- Plan and analyze A/B tests to improve business KPIs.
- Monitor game feature flows and evaluate promotions and live-ops performance across user segments.
- Build reports and dashboards for product performance, business metrics, and player experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably in a web, mobile, or online gaming company.
- BSc/BA in mathematics, industrial engineering, economics, statistics, or an equivalent quantitative background.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
- Outstanding analytical and technical skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Nice to have
- Previous analytical experience in the gaming industry.
- Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language.
