Data Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Research and evaluate customer data sources, APIs, and integrations, including data availability, reliability, and business value.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights for product and customer outcomes.
• Design and evolve unified data models, schemas, and structures across multiple integrations and systems.
• Build and modify logic in production system components while partnering with Engineering and Data Science.
• Support customer onboarding by validating incoming data, identifying issues, and delivering customer-facing analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product on data-informed decisions and help define data, signals, and requirements for AI-powered capabilities and autonomous workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Cyber Analyst, Network Analyst, Analytics Engineer, Solutions Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, data modeling, and schema design.
• Ability to own projects from discovery through delivery and balance long-term improvements with short-term priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and customer-facing teams and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-first mindset, strong analytical thinking, ownership, accountability, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building or improving data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or data operations processes.
• Experience with APIs, integration platforms, or SaaS data sources.
• Previous experience leading projects or mentoring others.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM products and applying AI to data analysis and customer workflows.
• Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or highly technical products.
