Senior Financial Analyst (Semiconductors)

Location: USA - New York - Malta

Salary: $72,000–$126,000 per year, determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Lead workforce planning, labor forecasting, and organizational cost center management.
• Own monthly close activities, including SG&A reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Manage financial forecasts, budget updates, quarterly business reviews, and financial calendars.
• Review purchase orders, journal entries, and expenses for financial accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver labor, travel and expense, and operating expense reports to finance leadership.
• Support M&A integration tracking, ad hoc analysis, process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or SG&A Finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems and Excel.
• Ability to partner with leaders across multiple functions and communicate financial insights effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
• Ability to support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
