Sr. Financial Analyst, Consumer Marketing

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on marketing campaigns, strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment trade-offs.
• Own annual operating plans, quarterly outlooks, long-range plans, and other end-to-end planning and forecasting processes.
• Build and enhance revenue, margin, ROI, and scenario-based financial models.
• Prepare executive financial reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports with clear financial narratives.
• Analyze month-end and quarter-end results, perform variance analysis, and communicate risks, trends, opportunities, and root causes.
• Lead process, control, financial systems, and cross-functional business improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Ability to manage complex deliverables independently, communicate insights to senior audiences, and influence without authority.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and experience improving processes and controls.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or an equivalent advanced finance credential.
• Experience with revenue, pricing, margin, or go-to-market organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar enterprise planning systems.
• Experience in semiconductor, storage, consumer electronics, or technology manufacturing.
