What you will do

• Manage spending, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, journal entries, capital budgets, quarter-end close, and account reconciliations.
• Consolidate FP&A requirements and deliver reporting analysis across financial cycles.
• Prepare reporting for financial close, quarterly business reviews, Annual Operating Plans, strategic reviews, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders on detailed business analysis and data-driven insights.
• Develop financial models, perform scenario analysis, and assess margins, risks, and opportunities.
• Streamline management reporting, centralize analytics, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Collaborative, self-directed approach and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Travel: up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, and Tableau.
